Return & Exchange Eligibility

We gladly accept returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days from the original shipping date. Returns are free of charge, and we will provide you with a return label to make the process easier.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unwashed, and with tags (if applicable).

Defective or Damaged Items

We stand by the quality of our products and will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@squaredfaith.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll get a replacement sent to you right away after verifying the issue.

How to Process a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email us at contact@squaredfaith.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
  2. Ship It Back: Package your item securely and send it back to us using the provided label.
  3. Receive Your Refund or Exchange: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be applied to your original method of payment and may take 5-7 business days to appear.

Additional Information

  • Refund Time: Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed.
  • Exchanges: If you’re exchanging an item, your new item will be shipped as soon as we receive the original.
